We offer comprehensive advisory and litigation services on company law matters, including shareholder disputes, oppression and mismanagement claims, director liabilities, mergers and amalgamation, and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013. Our partners frequently represent clients before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court of India.

Our team handles select white-collar and economic offences, with focus on cases involving fraud, cheating, criminal breach of trust, forgery, and misappropriation. We also act in criminal proceedings arising from corporate and contractual disputes, including real estate fraud and cheque dishonour cases. We regularly appear before the ED, PMLAT, Serious Frauds Investigation Office, CBI and the Economic Offences Wings of State Governments.

We advise power producers, distribution licensees, and regulatory bodies in disputes relating to tariff, compliance, and contractual performance. Our clients include distribution and generation companies, solar and wind energy developers, and companies involved in grid and transmission infrastructure. We offer particular expertise in Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) arbitrations, regulatory petitions, and appellate proceedings. We represent clients before CERC, DERC, APTEL, and the Supreme Court of India.

We advise and represent clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings involving environmental clearances, pollution control, hazardous waste management, and ecological impact. Our practice includes defending industrial entities in actions initiated by Pollution Control Boards, as well as filing and responding to petitions before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and High Courts. One of our partners is empanelled as a Special Counsel for the Delhi Government for these litigations.
