Bhargavi Kannan is a civil and commercial disputes lawyer with over 13 years of experience in arbitration, litigation, regulatory proceedings, and general corporate advisory. A Gold Medallist from NALSAR University of Law (Class of 2012), Bhargavi has a reputation for strategic litigation, dynamic advocacy, and client-focused advisory. Her practice spans domestic and international arbitrations (both ad hoc and institutional), civil and commercial disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and company law tribunals, as well as regulatory litigation in the power and energy sector.

She has been enrolled as an advocate since July 2012 and has built a strong independent practice following prior roles at tier-1 law firms - Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (Mumbai), AZB & Partners (Delhi); and the Chambers of Mr. Ashim Sood and Mrs. Malvika Trivedi (Delhi). She is also empanelled with Engineers India Limited and has served as a sole arbitrator appointed by the Delhi High Court in multiple assignments.

Bhargavi has acted in complex arbitrations involving EPC disputes, shareholder conflicts, breach of confidentiality, insurance claims, and cross-border intellectual property issues. She has represented major entities including a US-based railroad corporation, a leading steel manufacturer in a ₹1600 crore arbitration, and multiple solar power generators in PPA disputes. In litigation, she has appeared in high-profile matters involving trademark infringement, builder-buyer disputes, oppression & mismanagement, insolvency, and enforcement of arbitral awards.

She has also advised on matters before SEBI, SAT, PNGRB, CERC, and APTEL, and has represented clients in constitutional and public law challenges including writs involving RBI, CAG audits, and blacklisting of contractors. Her clients span sectors such as infrastructure, insurance tech, financial services, F&B, logistics, healthcare, and security technology.

Bhargavi maintains an active pro bono practice, including appearances before the National Green Tribunal and the Supreme Court in matters involving environmental protection and workmen’s rights.

Priyanka Vora

Priyanka Vora is an experienced litigation advocate with a strong background in commercial disputes, white collar crime disputes, constitutional law, and civil law. A graduate of NALSAR University of Law (Batch of 2013), she has over 12 years of expertise in litigation and is recognized for strategic counsel, high-stakes case drafting, and arguing or briefing senior advocates in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, company law tribunals (NCLAT and NCLT) and PMLAT.

She has been enrolled as an advocate since May 2013, and is qualified as an advocate-on- record at the Supreme Court of India since July 2022.

Priyanka’s strong background in independent practice began with her 6+ years retainer with 63 moons technologies ltd., which was embroiled in the national spot exchange scam. Having worked with them from the genesis of the dispute till its culmination in the Supreme Court of India, Priyanka obtained a diverse range of experience in all aspects of corporate commercial, civil and criminal litigation, including constitutional law, company laws, securities laws, specialist corporate laws, insolvency laws, criminal laws and various regulatory laws in India and their comparative laws abroad. She is presently engaged by a leading NBFC in India for their cases in Delhi before various fora.

Priyanka has also handled significant cases including validity of arbitration agreements that are not stamped (7-judge bench of the Supreme Court), constitutional validity of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code in respect of limitation, personal guarantors of corporate debtors and avoidance applications, as well as high-value corporate amalgamations. She has represented clients in various high-profile litigations in the Supreme Court, high courts and company law tribunals. While Priyanka is routinely engaged for various matters before various courts and tribunals in Delhi, her forte and expertise is to see through disputes for clients from its inception to culmination / resolution, with the aim of efficiency, cost effectiveness and speedy disposal.

Priyanka’s prior professional experience includes positions at J. Sagar Associates (Delhi), Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (Delhi) and Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.(as it then was, in Mumbai). Priyanka’s career began as law clerk-cum-research assistant with Justice C.K. Prasad (now retd.), Supreme Court of India. She has also authored several publications on litigation, arbitration, and criminal justice.

Siddhant Buxy is a dispute resolution lawyer practicing before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Principal Benches of NCLAT, NCLT and NGT, NCDRC, the Patiala House Court, and Arbitral Tribunals. His practice includes client advisory, litigation strategy, drafting and filing cases, and arguing or briefing senior advocates for hearings. He is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. He is also routinely engaged as a counsel by solicitor firms and individual practitioners.

Siddhant’s practice covers a diverse range of laws. Siddhant graduated from the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2013 with a University Gold Medal in Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Professional Ethics. He was enrolled as an advocate in May 2013. He has been qualified to file cases in the Supreme Court of India as an Advocate-on-Record since May 2020.

Before starting his independent practice, Siddhant trained under Mr. K.V.
